Romanian National Day -- In Singapore

Alex and Cristina invited us to join them at the Romanian National Day celebration held at the Shangri-La Hotel last evening. This year only Asian food was served along with plenty of red wine and beer. Apparently, a chef who previously worked at the hotel had been taught many Romanian recipes and would serve some of their favorite dishes, but not this year.

Several young girls were dressed in traditional clothing and these two were happy to model for me.
