BBQ

Last week Allen and Becky e-mailed to ask if we'd be interested in doing another 18 Anderson BBQ Saturday night. We haven't had one in a long time, mainly because of the holidays and continual rain. So a bunch of us gathered at the picnic tables for an enjoyable evening. Allen did a great job grilling the meats and everyone brought food to share. We brought Japanese bi-colored corn that we've only found at Jason's Deli in Orchard Towers. That corn is delicious......right up there with Midwest sweet corn.

Allen has started a new band with some other 50-something guys, and they're trying to come up with a name. Michael has suggested a few names, and Allen's son came up with one, so I thought I'd do a poll. You can vote over over in the sidebar. Be sure to leave a comment for me if you vote for "other". Maybe we can come up with a cool name.
